a dream

Dear Laura Ricciuti,

i had a dream the other night. i met up with you at school. it was between classes for me and i was lulling about in the hall. a groupd of us were chatting about nothing and everthing and you mentioned Percivil was getting married that afternoon. you didn't have a date you so asked me and i ditched class, hopped on your scooter and we sped across town.

we stopped at a shop where you picked out a rain jacket. no one noticed as you walked straight out the door. no one noticed until we took off around the building. i didn't even notice until the shop keeper was chasing us.

at the green room, ast the cerimony where the bridesmaids wehre getting ready i droopped you off. here i realized all i had to wear was my t-shirt and jeans. you gave me an outfit which i put on because that was the thing to do.

i wandered to a table where Karen Murray, Leanne and Tim McClure where sitting. I joined the conversation which was focused on how Leanne and Karen were wearing similar dresses. Mandy joined the table wearin, as you might imagine, the same dress again.

This all got very interesting when I realized the outfit you had given me, the one i put on without thinking about it because i trusted you, was the same dress again that the three of them had on. i was about to get up and rush out when i realized that the entire room was watching me; they had already noticed. with as much damage done as could possibly be done i sat back down, put my arm around Tim and laughed along with everyone else.

I thought perhaps you might get a kick out of that. I had another dream a while ago that you might get a kick out of too.

ciao,

--b

look again at the dress! what did it feel like to be the center of attention or the center of everyone's joke? were your unconfortable because everyone else was? or confortable because everyone else was? where you surprised to see karen, Tim, mandy and myself?

i like questions... cause they always spark more!

a question i'd like to ask is why leebs, who doesn't have a blog user her blogger account and yet mandy, who blogs here, doesn't use her blogger account.

i suppose, though, that that isn't a question at all.

as for the dream; i was embarassed at first, but then i grew to like it. i was surprised to see everyone who was in the dream except for the two of you, my sisters. but only because it makes more sense that'd you'd be there.

not in the same outfit though, that i was surprised at.

so Steve dreamed that I came around the corner out of my room at the 141 and Tommy, Matty and yourself were already sitting in the upstairs living room and I started telling some longwinded story, as per usual.. and he said shut up, but i didnt hear him and kept going, and then he yelled SHUT UP and everyone looked at him. and he was leaning with his ear to the wall, somewhere between my doorway and yours (brad) near the vent to the basement. and we were like dude whats up? and he was like im trying to hear Brandon and Josh building a banana fort! and we were all like what the hell are you talking about? and he said 'come listen, come listen'... so we all gathered around the wall and we listened. and were heard a big WHOOOOOOAAAAAA! SPLAT! and then we all busted out laughing.

the story is much better when told with steve's girlish glee.
